Seminars
Our trainers are people too and there is always a chance of an unpredictable and uncontrollable event. We have never cancelled a Tramenco training event or any training event when we managed The Midrange Computing Institute. We will not cancel a seminar unless there is an emergency we cannot overcome. In the very unlikely event of a speaker emergency canceling a training event your registration will be refunded in full or you can register in any other Tramenco seminar at no additional cost. Of course the choice will be yours.

If a member of your IT staff attends one of our public seminars and leaves for new employment within one year of attending the seminar, that former employee's replacement is eligible for free registration at our next scheduled public seminar on the same topic.
